Big lady fingers- 12
Grated cocunut – one cocunut
Onions – 2 finely chopped
Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tbsp
Kokam juice – 1 tbsp
Jeera – finely crushed ( not the powder)
Dry coriander powder – 1/2 tbsp
Besan – ( optional )
Take big lady finger and put a cut in between and remove few seeds.
Wash them and apply salt and 1/2 tbsp kokam juice and leave it for 30 mins.
Otherside you can prepare the mixture.
Take a bowl and add cocunut , onion , jeera crushed , dry coriander powder , chilli powder , turmeric , garam masala ,salt.
In another bowl take little water and make thick paste of besan, So that we can add on the top to cover the filling from falling its optional.
You can also use olive oil as per choice.
Now once you hv prepared the mixture fill it inside the lady finger and place it on the heat pan.
On top of that now you can add the besan batter by spoon until it cover the filling area . Add little oil and cover the lid until once side is fully crisp and than flip over.
And again fry the covering area to get a crispy feeling.
And than its ready to serve.
