Panaji: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday attended his office at the secretariat, unveiling the foundation stone for infrastructure works for the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Vidhya Sankul at Cujira-Bambolim.
He also inaugurated the single window portal of the Goa Investment Promotion and Facilitation Board.
Later, Parrikar visited the under-construction third Mandovi bridge to take stock of the ongoing works.
Parrikar revisited his office after a gap of 11 days. The Chief Minister had attended the office on January 1 and 2 after a gap of four months, as he has been recuperating at his private residence.
On Monday, Parrikar came to the office at 3 pm and left it at 5.30 pm.

Minister Rohan Khaunte, Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho, Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation chairman Deepak Prabhu Pauskar, GSIDC vice-chairman Sidharth Kuncalienkar and representatives of educational institutions, including the trustee of Dempo Charities Trust Pallavi Dempo.
Speaking to the media persons on the occasion, Kuncalienkar said the works at the Cujira school complex include improvement of the parking lot, setting up of a sewerage treatment plant and a bus parking facility.
Union minister Nitin Gadkari has also sanctioned an underpass road near the Bambolim stadium, he said.
Meanwhile, the GSIDC hoisted the national flag between two flyovers linked to the new Mandovi bridge on Monday.
The flag mast is 100-feet high.
The national flag will remain unfurled round the clock. [NT]
