What's "Goan" on in HAMILTON?

Thanksgiving is an occasion when people thank God, as a family and as a community, for the many blessings He has bestowed on us over the past year. The HGA holds a Thanksgiving Potluck every year for its members. This year the Potluck will be held on Sunday October 15^th from 1:00 to 5:00pm. Please join in the celebration.

Well the end of the year is fast approaching and that means "Elections" are around the corner. If you wish to hold a post within the HGA and volunteer your time to enhance the Hamilton Goan Community, I encourage you to attend this meeting, Sunday November 5^th.

The biggest dance of the HGA calendar year is the "Christmas Dance". Purchase your tickets for the dinner and dance for the low price of:

$27.00 per person - Members
$30.00 per person - Non-members
$25.00 per person - Dependent children of HGA members

Let the rhythm get you with the sweet sounds of "Blindfold Test" and get into the groove with "DJ Darren". The menu for dinner is as scrumptious as always, so purchase your tickets before they're sold out.

Another function for members only is the HGA Children's Christmas Tree Party. At this joyous time of the year, the HGA wants to bring together the Goan youth to participate in a Talent Show, games, dancing and the traditional visit from Santa Claus. The festivities are scheduled from 1:00 to 5:00pm, Sunday December 3^rd.
