EAT SENSIBLY, LIVE HEALTHY
PETITE dietician Rohini Cardozo has come out with a
lovely book on nutrition. What's interesting is that the book
containing more than 150 pages of well written and relevant matter
lays particular emphasis on Goans and their changing food habits.
Eat Sensibly, Live Healthy was published in 2000 and costs
Rs.150.
The young writer is a first class BSc (HGome
Science) graduate of the Goa University. She runs her own private
diet clinic in Panjim besides lecturing and conducting workshops on
the importance of nutrition in maintaining good health. Rohini is
perhaps the youngest dietician in Goa and is the honorary consultant
dietician to the Indian Red Cross Society, Goa.
