EXHIBITION
THE annual two-day ECAP EXHIBITION of the
Computer Society of India, Goa Chapter, was held at Hotel Mandovi
last month. Subsequently it was also held at Nanutel
Hotel.
Mr Mhambre telling the guests what got the Goa Chapter
of the Computer Society of India going in the first place, and
how it has prospered over the years. The participation of
computer companies has increased too.

the limelight in this year's edition of the annual computer

 Th Chief
Guest, DIG Police, Mr Karnal Singh, says how pleased he is
with the activities of the Computer Society. He lauded the
efforts of the Society in their endeavour to increase
awareness of the computers in society today. He also said that
it has made quite a difference even in the Delhi police
force. |
A
vast array of products which form the computer world today,
were on display. D-Link, a special, large section of Intel and
a host of other stalls took up prominent spots.

 A lot of interest was displayed by the
avid visitors, who kept pouring in...people dealing in
computers, those who work with their aid, prospective buyers
and naturally a near endless flow of eager, computer
students.

Geovanni Fernandes, Managing Partner of
Lorenz Imaging, from Margao, explained to us the advantages of
digital printing over the conventional stuff that hitherto we
were satisfied with. They have a whole range of services in
the digital printing
