2 raw mangoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1. Peel the mangoes and cut them into pieces. Grind into a fine paste. Then add salt and black pepper and pulse one more time so that it mixes well.
2. Use a baking liner/parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spread the puree evenly to form a layer with a thickness of no more than 1/8th of an inch.
3. Place in a over preheated at 180 degrees. Let it dehydrate for 4 hours. Check every half hour after two hours of initial dehydration. You can also use a dehydrator. The traditional method is to dry this puree in the sun for days together until it dries.
4. Now peel it off the baking liner and cut into strips. Roll the strips tightly. I will not ask you to store these because they are gone before you can. Enjoy!2
