| Our great thinkers of the past had recognised the necessity of planting trees for maintaining the ecological balance. It was difficult to convince this scientifically to illiterate masses. They, therefore, introduced a system of worshipping trees by identifying them as God/Godddesses in whom they had great faith and devotion. Different sections exhibit this. |
